What was the experience of your 1st Baptiste class?

I was late to the class at Salt Pond Yoga in Charlestown, RI. It was so freakin' hot and my ass got kicked so hard- this got my attention like no yoga class ever had. I was transformed that day, and that keeps happening.

Why do you Practice Baptiste Yoga?

I practice Baptiste Yoga so that I can live the life of my dreams.

Why do you teach Baptiste Yoga?

Honestly, I teach Baptiste Yoga because I have found that if I am not teaching- that is, sharing my growing practice with others- my own, personal practice flounders.
